We built Ratifye because fakes were winning — and existing tools weren't built to stop them

India has a ₹3.2 trillion counterfeit problem. The tools available to fight it — holograms, basic QR landing pages, manual spot checks — weren't designed for a supply chain that moves at this speed and scale. Ratifye exists to close that gap: cryptographic authentication that works on the barcodes brands already print, built into the scanners they already use, delivering a verdict in under a second.

Our Story

Ratifye was founded on a simple belief: every barcode should prove authenticity, not just identify a product. Indian manufacturers were juggling GS1 India memberships, serialization consultants, and separate track-and-trace vendors — while counterfeit losses and compliance deadlines kept accelerating.

We built one unified platform so teams can go live in weeks on the scanners and labels they already use. Today, Ratifye helps regulated and consumer brands across pharma, FMCG, food, electronics, and logistics protect revenue and pass audits with confidence.

Ratifye is built by Schoofi Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru-based technology company focused on enterprise product identity and supply chain integrity for Indian manufacturers and their global distribution networks.
