Schoofi Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Ratifye") operates ratifye.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, company, role, password
• Usage data: scan events, barcode records, authentication results, API logs
• Device information: IP address, browser type, OS, device identifiers
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider — we do not store card details

How we use your information

• To operate and improve the Ratifye platform
• To process authentication and trace events on your behalf
• To send service notifications and billing information
• To comply with legal obligations including regulator reporting
• To detect fraud and security incidents

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers under data processing agreements, with regulators where required by law, or with your explicit consent.

Data retention

Scan event and serial ledger records retained for minimum 5 years (CDSCO requirement). Account data retained for subscription duration plus 90 days after cancellation.

Security

ISO 27001-aligned controls including encryption at rest and in transit, hardware security modules for private key storage, and regular security audits.
