Serialization

Every unit gets a unique, cryptographically-signed identity. From first print to last scan.

Ratifye assigns a unique SGTIN to every serialised unit at production. Each SGTIN is cryptographically signed with an ECDSA private key, making it verifiable — and un-clonable — at any scan point in the supply chain.

S

SGTIN unit-level serialization

Each unit receives a globally unique SGTIN — GTIN + serial number — at the point of production. Encoded in DataMatrix, QR, or GS1-128 alongside batch, lot, and expiry application identifiers.

A

SSCC aggregation

Cases and pallets receive SSCC codes that aggregate their constituent SGTINs. Parent-child aggregation is captured and committed to the immutable ledger at commissioning.

C

CDSCO commissioning events

Commissioning, shipping, receiving, decommissioning, and destruction events are captured in CDSCO-aligned EPCIS format. Regulatory submission exports generated automatically.

E

DSCSA and EU FMD extensions

Your CDSCO SGTIN foundation extends directly to US DSCSA and EU FMD requirements without rebuilding. Ratifye specialists guide each mandate's specific configuration.
