What counts as one authentication?
Each unique barcode verification API call counts as one authentication. Reprints or re-downloads of existing barcodes do not count. Bulk barcode generation counts as generation events, separate from authentication events.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan upgrades take effect immediately — you are charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you retain your current plan's features until then.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — Professional and Pro both include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required. Enterprise customers receive a guided proof-of-concept period with dedicated onboarding support.
Does Ratifye support CDSCO, DSCSA, and EU FMD compliance?
Yes. CDSCO track & trace, DSCSA (US), EU FMD, and FSSAI food traceability are all pre-built into Growth and above plans. Our regulatory team verifies your configuration before go-live.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and bank transfer for annual Enterprise contracts. GST invoices are issued for all Indian-entity customers.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Enterprise pricing is fully custom and includes volume discounts for brands with authentication volumes above 10 million events per month. Contact our sales team for a bespoke quote.
