- Do not upload/post illegal content, infringing content, malware, corrupted files, or destructive code.
- Do not disrupt service operations, harm other users, or bypass security/rate-limit controls.
- Do not collect other users' personal information for unauthorized use or harassment.
- Do not use data mining, bots, scraping, reverse engineering, or competitive cloning of the service.
3) Use by Children
Child data handling is governed by COPPA and related legal requirements.
- The service does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 except in allowed educational/consent-based scenarios.
- Schools/teachers using the service represent compliance with consent obligations where applicable.

4) License and Intellectual Property

- Schoofi may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for policy breaches or misuse.
7) Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification
- Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without implied warranties.
- Schoofi disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, and related damages to the extent allowed by law.
- Users agree to indemnify Schoofi for claims arising from violations of these terms or misuse of services.
8) Arbitration and Governing Law
- Parties first attempt consultation/mediation; unresolved disputes may proceed to arbitration.
- Arbitration venue is New Delhi, and proceedings are in English.
- Governing law: India; jurisdiction includes courts at New Delhi.
9) Third-Party Software, Platform, and Copyright
- Some components may include third-party software under separate license terms.
- Platform provider terms (including app store terms) may apply in addition to these terms.
- DMCA notice/counter-notice process applies for copyright complaints.
