These Terms govern your use of the Ratifye platform operated by Schoofi Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By accessing the platform you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not: (a) generate barcodes for counterfeit or fraudulent purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the private key infrastructure; (c) degrade service for other customers through API abuse; (d) share API credentials outside your organisation.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@ratifye.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Enterprise customers receive custom SLA terms in their contracts.
Intellectual property
The Ratifye platform, software, and documentation are owned by Schoofi Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Your barcode data and scan event records remain your property.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
